Often XML and XML schema files are developed using a single set of tools. By using the NIST site users can test their files with a number of popular tools before sharing them with others, thereby improving the quality of what they release and saving everyone's time in the process.

XML Schema Quality of Design tool with OAGIS NDR Test Suite

This tool is available as both a web-based version and a downloaded stand-along application.

In the web-based environment users may select tests from the OAGIS NDR or others, add new tests based on their own schema design requirements, and upload schema files for testing.

The downloadable version of the tool comes with tests for the OAGIS NDR and runs in a java environment.
